Introduction to the foundations of yoga workshop. Over this weekend we will go over postures for 26/2 and vinyasa yoga, the 8 limbs of yoga, savasana, meditation, and the finer points of what yoga is. weather you are an experienced practicioner or have yet to take your first class you will get something out of this workshop. The intent is to give you a solid foundation to build your awareness on. To start the cascade effect of positive growth for your mind, body, and soul.

Led by Thomas Sakoda a E-RYT yoga teacher and trainer, full time yoga teacher, and personal trainer. Coming from a Classical Tantra non-dualistic perspective, on yoga and life.
